RETURNS
To exchange an item, you must first return it and then purchase the new item.
Return Conditions
There are several reasons why products may be returned:
1. Return due to withdrawal of purchase.
You can return the item by canceling the purchase (if you don't like the product, if you expected something else, or if you simply want to return it), provided this is done within 14 days.

In the subject line, write "Return order number."
For us to accept this return, the product must meet the following conditions:
You must return the same item as the one delivered. Remember to include the instructions and accessories inside the package. The packaging must be original and in the same condition as when you received it.
The product must be clean and in good condition.
If you request a refund following a withdrawal and these conditions are met, only the recovery costs will be deducted from the refund. These costs vary depending on the country.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, less any loss in value resulting from use not in accordance with the contract or the nature of the product.
Also keep in mind that some products, by their very nature, have specific return conditions.
If you meet the conditions, we will send you a label to affix to the package and we will come and collect it.
2. Return due to breakage/damage of the product during transport.
During transport, products may be damaged and not arrive in perfect condition. In this case, two key points must be considered:
You have 48 hours from the delivery of the order to report the incident.
Take photos of the product's condition, as well as the shipping cartons and labels. These photos will serve as evidence for any claim against the shipping company.
3. Returns due to product defects/failures. Warranty.
All our products come with a two-year warranty, covering all manufacturing defects. The warranty start date is the date indicated on the purchase invoice. It does not cover defects caused by negligence, impact, improper use or handling (other than those indicated in the user manual), incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition. Our technicians will identify the problem and proceed with the repair or replacement.
In the specific case of certain products considered "fungible goods," such as batteries, they cannot be used according to their nature without being consumed. Therefore, the warranty will apply based on their fungible nature and specific characteristics, such as their useful life, specified charging cycles, etc.
4. Returns due to a failed/erroneous order shipment.
If you receive a product that does not correspond to your purchase, it may be due to a packaging error or a misunderstanding with the carrier. In this case, please remember that you have 48 hours to report the incident.
